Sporting activities are vital for a child’s physical development and intellectual well-being. As an integral part of the school timetable, pupils will play TENNIS, RUGBY and TAÏCHI, a discipline aimed at developing concentration and self-discipline.
Other sports, such as TABLE TENNIS, will be available. Finally, FENCING will also be taught.
Theatre is an important activity within the different courses at Scolaria Excellence: learning to master your body, concentration, diction, memorising great pieces of French text, as well as learning about stage craft and direction. The Headmaster, David Barbaud, was for a long time a director and drama teacher.
Theatre workshops will be open on Wednesday afternoons from 14.00 to 17.00 for Lower School pupils, and on Saturdays between 10.00 and 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00 for Middle and High School pupils, as well as on Sundays between 10.00 and 12.00.

These lessons will take place in the evenings after 19.00 or at the times shown below. A teacher for each discipline will be available within the establishment.

Furthermore, from the 4ème onwards, internships will be offered in fields such as archaeology, sciences or as part of further language training.
