Scolaria Excellence

Scolaria Excellence is above all a private school, whose aim is to allow each pupil to excel. For this reason, a number of different options are proposed. Each pupil registered will be required to sit a test and, based on the results of this test, could be offered an option suitable for their academic level.

If the results of the test are not satisfactory, the pupil may be registered in a Specific Remedial Class, or in the 6ème catch-up class.

All the classes at sixième level and quatrième level, as well as the Specific Remedial Class, will open in September 2012. For other levels, only the cinquième classic and troisième classic will open from September 2012.

It is important to understand that our school works on the same basis as the French national education programme. However, the aim of the school is to deepen the pupil’s knowledge, depending on which course they are following. As such, we will not be in a position to welcome children in the 5ème and 3ème for the linguistic and scientific courses in 2012, as these pupils will not have received linguistic and scientific education in the 6ème or 4ème.

However, we will be accepting pupils for the 4ème at Scolaria Excellence. During their 4ème, pupils will be able to change courses, should they wish to do so.

In the 3ème, Scolaria Excellence will ensure that all pupils are as well prepared as possible to succeed in the French national Brevet des Collèges examination.

Opening in September 2012:

- Classes at sixième level - classic, linguistic and scientific

- Class at cinquième - classic

- Classes at quatrième - classic, linguistic and scientific

- Specific Remedial Classes

- Catch-up classes
